Asian Fiesta catering service is based in Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15 and is managed by Chef Zaldy Peralta with several years of experience in hotel and restaurant management. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 1993.

With more than a decade of experience in quality of food, Chef Zaldy prides specialising in the finest ingredients and exceptional flavours. He is also trained in HACPP food safety and ensures that only the best qualities of food are served in all catering services.
